I learn more toward meathead than cardio warrior, although I do love cycling and swimming. I try to get 3 lifting days (full body) and 3 dedicated cardio days (biking or swiming) Biking can be on the Peloton as well, especially in the winter months. Sunday is usually my rest day.

I usually walk 15k steps per day on top of this, everyday.

I recently found out about a Cody Lefever (GZCL) gym owner that hasn't taken a rest day from lifting in half a decade. It made me go WTF lol. He actually has an online presence and is the guy responsible for writing a pretty good lifting program also called GZCL.

If you want to know the method to his madness he did do a comprehensive Reddit AMA. And his personal blog is here.

Interesting philosophy and it seems to work him. I may play around with this method next year.

Get him and the "whats your weekend plans Era?" member together. Like that vid of a guy showing two phone AIs next to each other having a stupid conversation. That way they can keep up the inane patter 24/7

And I want to add that when I've been in this kind of crisis before I have written notes not dissimilar from what she did. But (a) I wasn't responsible for human lives and (b) I had the wherewithal to put them in encrypted storage. Treating the notes as some kind of smoking gun shocks my conscience.

I have been where she's been. I've written notes not unlike hers. (Except they were more "the product broke down and it's all my fault". A lot less serious!) This hit very close to home.

This is pure gibberish. Genuinely, I don't understand how you can think this is even approaching rational mathematics.

For one thing, you're including the answer you are trying to solve in your assumptions. The numbers you assign to the rest of the notes are ridiculous (40% of nurses write notes like this?!?). You have excluded tons of other evidence and then plucked numbers out of thin air to create a result which doesn't make any sense. You could use this same logic and approach to "prove" that OJ Simpson was innocent, or that no medical practitioner has ever killed a patient deliberately.

I appreciate this case has significant trauma and relevance to you beyond everyone else, but to declare that you have "proven" she is innocent and then just write the above is... nonsense. Sorry.

The problem is that the alternative hypothesis — that the NHS has completely fallen apart — is basically blasphemy in your country. Even the defense felt like they couldn't say that because it would anger the jury.

Things like this is to be expected given the West's weak reaction to Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

Doing lazy research via Wikipedia, the “living in an occupied land” kind of ignores being born there and leaving when at 11. There’s also a mention of donating money to both israeli and palestinian charities.

They don’t really mask their intentions, do they. Druckman could donate all his wealth to the cause, go join hamas to fight against israel, and it wouldn’t be enough to absolve him.
