While almost nothing of these comics appeals to me or does anything to me, I wholeheartedly love that the people who like them do and can enjoy them.

As poisoned and braindead as Era is overall, for some reason this remains my most hated genre of posting.

They really need to include pronouns directly on the comics. How else will Era staff know if this imagery is bannable or to be encouraged?

A lot of people in US dream of being a voice actor and put in blood/sweat/tears to just get INTO the industry. And in the US, unless you're a high profile actor, you're just not going to get paid a lot. The job really isn't that prestigious compared to say Japan. People going into this occupation are doing it for the passion and that's it. I can't imagine how dejected these people feel when they see developers move to non-NA countries simply because how this entire situation unfolded. And it really is sad because it sets the NA VA industry back in so many ways with a possibility to not recover.
You're right in that there is a silver lining of other countries getting a shot at English VA gigs, but, now at what cost....

I go 3 days a week in the office and I do my best to get shit done in those days so I can chill in my 2 WFH days. Obviously I do work but I get free time during the day which I could be using to consume media, play my games or even study something interesting.

Thing is, I have no idea what to do since there's so many options. Good TV shows and multiple classic films I haven't seen (seriously, the list is huge), games I could play (not that many now since I ended my PS+ subscription, but I could visit my slightly older PC games), and I'm transitioning my career from psychology to project management so there's always more to learn. Ugh I fucking hate feeling like I'm doing nothing, and then I punish myself with doomscrolling/watching some random YouTube video. and that's not even considering the times when I get literally addicted to Football Manager which is a PC game that I get around 1000~1500 hours a year. luckily they canceled this year's edition so I didn't get addicted this year (yet)

Anyone feels like this as well? What do you do to overcome it?
