Overall I think Tulsi, Vance, RFK Jr. are more anti-war than pro-Russia.
Mostly because they were against foreign wars before the Ukraine conflict began (or Crimea was seized by Russia) others like Tim Pool only 'developed' their strong anti-war feelings after Ukraine was invaded.

Trumps own foreign policy is so all over the place that Iran is trying to sabotage his campaign while Russia is trying to do the opposite.
