I remember I once ate an entire meal at an outdoor restaurant in the far northern edge of Chicago with a house sparrow just sitting on the table next to me. He was completely chill for the entire meal, and right as I got ready to get up and leave he stole one of my french fries.

I was just like "y'know what, you can have that one, bud".
