What life advice would you give for someone entering their thirties?

Having kids won't fix a fucked relationship. Seen too many ignore this one.

 

- Go to the gym 2x a week, if you can hire a personal trainer
- Take care of your aging parents but don't trade your life for theirs
- Live healthy (food, sleep, exercise)
- Spend more time outside than inside
- If you have any lingering health, mental issues or addictions (smoking, drinking, gambling, bad knees, dental work, obesity/underweight etc.) now is the time to fix them
- Set goals and stick to them, by now you have all the experience you need to achieve them
- Declutter your life, let go of old things you don't use or need
- Don't listen to losers who gave up, they say things like: "Just be yourself", "I'm not changing anything", "they have to accept me the way I am" instead be your best self and improve what you can. People who feel sorry for themselves at 30+ want to drag you down with them (see ResetEra).
- Buying a house alone is overrated, all your money will be stuck in bricks and you're stuck in your location

If you do this right you will end up ahead of everyone else. 
It took me about 5 years to "fix" everything and now I have very little to worry about.

The only problems I have are those other people try to put on my plate. That's the last lesson I learned those are their problems to solve, not yours.

This was Nintex the last time any of the Nintendo site guys had seen me during COVID at 30'ish. 
With astma I averaged about 30 sick days a year by default anyway.

Now imagine this and 50% more muscle, that's the goal for 2026 and that's the bare minimum. 
And this isn't just good for dating, it's good for business, health and moving fridges.

Focus on your aura and everything else will fall into place.
