It's crazy though that Melody is only five years younger than Chris-Chan. I initially had the impression they were from two different eras but they're really not that far apart in terms of age.
Chris has his crippling autism and made a show of himself online for trolls to pester him because he loved the attention and didn't know any better. Melody genuinely believes there's nothing wrong with his manchild lifestyle at nearly 40 and that's just how a dainty lesbian woman (who wants a boyfriend-free cis girl) like himself is supposed to live under late-stage capitalism/the trans genocide. I guess you could view they're in two different eras in terms of internet culture, back then this behavior was ridiculed for its shameless absurdity whereas now these social rejects congregate online with likeminded manchildren and demand you must respect their identity no matter how deranged it obviously is.
