No reasonable person can malign you for behaviours you don't engage in. It's not on you to play anyone else's game when they generalize you from large groups of people. I know you're going to say, "it's not about me", but the only reason you're making this post and someone else on this forum isn't, and the only reason you're this pissed off, is because you're black and you believe you carry the burden of the perception of 'bad' blacks. So, to accept that burden is to validate their flawed premise - that you are somehow responsible for the actions of strangers who happen to share a superficial trait.
I know you're pissed off, but the most powerful response here is to refuse this premise entirely. Forget about your contempt for a large, amorphous group of 'bad' black people - your character is your own, and it isn't defined by prejudiced people nor is it obligated to answer for it. You have a limited amount of time and energy, so focus on living by the standards of decency that you think separates you from the 'bad' version of black people. I say this because I know telling you, "well there are shitty people in every race" and "when blacks are on video doing shitty things, the first thing people notice is their skin color, but when it comes to whites that's not what they notice." Both of those things are true, but I know you won't be moved by it. Instead, forget about controlling the world's perception of things and focus on what you can control - yourself. A life of principle is its own irrefutable argument, it has the power to make those generalizations irrelevant. So do that instead. Let your own life and conduct be the only answer required here and get rid of this burden. So, we can skip all the arguing about "well all races have their own shitty members" and "it's about socioeconomics". Who cares, focus on yourself.
A great philosopher once said, "Chikkity China, the Chinese Chicken. You take a drumstick and your brain stops ticking." This phrase truly exposes how eating, nay, devouring (per se) stereotypes through hateful consumption numbs the mind to our shared humanity....let us instead eat, (take a drumstick) and feast on empathy's boundless, borderless banquet.
Easy to say. But it's good to be informed about what n!ggers do and protect the people you love from them.
I don't have a burden for nobody. I express myself because no one else will (whites are too soft and liberals are too filled with white guilt), and no one else is holding those people accountable so you might as well speak out as a black person and do so or we all perish to n!ggerdom. A Supreme Court Justice said today that black people are disabled. Victim mindset has rotted these people and now they think any accountability is racism and you don't think won't impact me and those closest to me? Naive as shit.
