Cerium, former owner of resetera who absconded with 4.5 million dollars and left his janitors with nothing, tended to be quite quiet and inactive on the forums, hoping to avoid a similar fate as EviLore
he hadn't been particularly notable at gaf, I believe he was a nintendo gaf regular, never made major waves other than stepping up to found era
real name Isamu Fukui, which isn't some kind of invasive dox, it was known through legal filings surrounding the site and reinforced during its sale, and even era referred to him by his real name at the time
what was suppressed at era and less widely known was that in high school, Isamu had homophobically tried to get the school's gay librarian fired for being a pervert, claiming he touched them inappropriately as he whispered in students' ears to be quiet in the library, all over a personal grudge
however, much later, that same librarian was sentenced to 15 years in prison for conspiring to kidnap, rape, and murder the wife of a man he had met over the internet, as well as a female FBI agent working in an undercover capacity (archive)
which proves that either Cerium has a bizarre sixth sense about such things, or that the FBI still hasn't lost its touch

The decision below is significant, because the Judge refused to go along with different rules for different people, and disparate treatment and discrimination of a gay man. The larger picture is that a petitioner pro se told a court that the arbitration process in NYC is broken, and the decision to suspend for six months under the circumstances was shocking to the Court's conscience. Judge Mendez agreed.
