Back in my younger days, I one time had to rehearse a play a couple hours after surviving a car accident, and holy shit my anger in that rehearsal was so real that I got caught in one of the curtains while making a stage exit and I completely flipped out and ripped them off the wall in a blind rage. My director was like "YES! THAT! USE THAT EVERY TIME!"

In response, I almost bit her fucking head off. It's why you gotta be careful with real anger on set, lol.
