This is probably going back close to a decade. Economy isn’t what it once was. But me and a coworker had a business class flight and the lounge was unavailable at the time. The airline gave us each $100 in food vouchers that had to be used before our flight. I’m pretty sure you should get more if you nearly died. And nowadays $12 gets you water and a bagel. Maybe.
