Dumbells is better than nothing but stop messing around and go to a gym and learn how to do the following exercises for three sets of 10 reps. Ideally you want to do 3-4 of them 3-4 times a week.
Squat
Bench Press
Overhead Press
Deadlift
Romanian Dead Lift
Leg Press
Calf Press
To get the desired effect you need to be going up in weights faster than is reasonable with buying increasingly heavier dumbells when you feel up to it. Once you can do 3x 10 of each of them happily, make it heavier. This will have a more transformative effect on things than AI money.
