I guess the idea is that it's better for all of them to die rather than take the news back to the motherland that they aren't superior, the rest of the world has freedom and they literally live in hell.

They're all on drugs probably, just like the Nazis were hooked on Pervitin, some type of crystal meth.

In Syria they found the Captagon labs of Assad. Turns out Assad turned Syria into a narco state and the country was responsible for 80%(!) of the global trade in Captagon.
Really makes you wonder what the Russians were actually protecting and how Assad paid them.

Wouldn't surprise me if the war in Ukraine is drug fueled madness and it would go a long way to explain the actions of the Russian and now North Korean troops.
