As much as I'm liking the story in Limbus Company, there's a pattern of how secondary women characters are used that bugs me. Even if the execution is better than most games utilizing similar tropes. How the main women characters are handled really does help balance things out, though only one of them has had a chapter focused on them and it barely touched the surface of her story. Meanwhile three out of four of the chapters are centered on men and the current one is longer than the rest put together.

Though the biggest transgression is that they violently killed a lesbian coded secondary character during Pride. :| (Canto IV spoiler)

Fucking hell. A character in this game that may be / I want to be gay was killed while I play it during June. The month of Pride!

Does anybody else find this extremely bad taste from Nintendo? Like this is a blatant attempt at them at promoting sales for their platform by taking advantage of the community, but at the same time refusing to acknowledge it in any way and just blatantly calling them “Hidden Gems”, which in no way they are considering the popularity of some of the games there.

The developer claimed Celeste sold about 500k back in 2018 and that is the last time we learned anything about its sales. It probably sold a bit more since then but Tears of the Kingdom sold 10 million units in 3 days. Mario Kart 8 sold 50 million units. So yeah, for all those players that's a 'Hidden Gem'.

I was talking to my wife the other day about how I realized I’ve never truly gotten what I want out of friendships or relations with my family members. There’s so many reasons for that but I never fully felt it until recently. I’ve always been the person who adjusts to others and listens more than I speak.

My family isn’t conversational in any way. No deep talks or anything like that. All very surface level. My friends all live extremely repetitive lives and never want to try anything new with me. With games specifically they bounce off them because they aren’t “good enough” right away so they go back to Apex. Rinse repeat. And quite honestly, they say and do some embarrassing shit that I just don’t condone. People shouldn't have to shell out hundreds of dollars for external system storage to install games. I don't give a shit how fancy the FMVs are. Two discs ISN'T a good thing.

The game is not going to be over 650GB, you do not need external storage

If it's more than 100GB my PS5 won't have room for it. I know this might come as a shock, but some people have games they keep on their consoles that take up a lot of space, and 200+GB install sizes are absolutely unacceptable. Jedi Survivor being 149GB was bad enough.
