I see the gaf crew as worse because they seemed to think they were actually cool from all the dorks on gaf sucking up to them. same as evilore thinking he was interesting/cool because he owned the site and it gained popularity. "I own the site that got popular, that must make me cool and popular too!" 


the reee mods never had a site that was popular/cool/interesting. they're entire goal has just been creating a safe space type of vidya message board and constantly play the oppression olympics. don't think they ever had a chance to see themselves as cool based off the site having cool people on it posting good content. it's been a shitfest from beginning to end. 


I guess both were/are lame and delusional, just in different ways. the reee are overall more entertaining

It’s resetera mods by far, constantly break their own rules and only selectively enforce the rules/use them as a cudgel to punish people they don’t like.  Neogaf mods were forum janitors, resetera mods are forum cops.

The other 2 posts were asking for some 3DS promotion code so I could get Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate for free.

As someone who never knew GAF prior to the schism, I think the mods there are comparably retarded as Era mods.

Instead of insane trans talking points, GAF posters will take any given thread and make the world's most tenuous association in order to write paragraphs about how We Must Exterminate the Moslem and Retake Jerusalem. 

I guess all things equal, not banning > banning, gives GAF a very slight edge.
